ARTIFACT: This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 13th Air Force shoulder patch in the "bordered star, orange embroidery" variant. The patch shows a winged star with flames beneath the number 13.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/4" in height and 2-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII USAAF shoulder patch collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAX90 LBCX4/14

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The patch has been lightly used/soiled.
