WWII US "Pineapple" Fragmentation Hand Grenade in Excellent Condition (Ignitor Removed)

This is a circa World War II United States Armed Forces fragmentation hand grenade. It is in the "pineapple" style, meaning it has grooves for a better grip, making it look like that type of fruit. The grenade is painted in olive drab with a yellow ring on the neck, denoting its wartime production (1942 on). It is in excellent condition and still has its pull ring, but the ignitor and powder have been removed. The grenade is marked 24 on its body.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 4-1/2" in height and 2-1/8" in diameter.

Painted cast iron.
