This is a 1943 issue of United States Army Technical Manual TM 30-307 "Dutch: A Guide to the Spoken Language". It covers many useful Dutch words and phrases and examples of words on Dutch road signs. This booklet has some black-and-white cartoon illustrations to accompany the instructional text.
