This is a World War I United States Army Sergeant Signal Corps rank stripes on khaki twill, showing three chevrons with two crossed flags beneath.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 5-1/8" in height and 3-1/2" in width.

Wool felt on twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
