ARTIFACT:

This is circa World War II United States Army Air Forces pilot wing produced by Balfour. The wing is in sterling silver.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

About 3-1/8" in length by 7/8" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with a "come-under" locking catch.

MARKINGS:

LGB (Balfour maker mark) STERLING.
