ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces B-1 cap made by Premium Cap Company. The cap shows a faded AAF winged star insignia at front center and one stamped inside as well.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Size 7.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Cotton, leather, cloth-wrapped cardboard.

MARKINGS:

AAF stamp and TYPE B-1 SIZE-7 SPEC. NO. 94-3095 ORDER NO. 41-1762-P PREMIUM CAP CO.

ITEM NOTES:

CONDITION:

7 (Very Fine): Cap shows medium wear and spots of light discoloration.
