ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army 778th Tank Battalion patch with hand-applied numbers. The patch is a tri-colored triangle edged in olive drab and shows a tank, lightning bolt and the number 778.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-9/16" in height and 3-13/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
