ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II shoulder patch for the United States Army 759th Light Tank Battalion, which participated in the Normandy, Ardennes, Northern France, and Rhineland Campaigns. The patch is triangular and shows a lightning bolt, a tank and 759.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

About 3-9/16" in height and 4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fully-embroidered patch in multi-colored silk/cotton threads.
