This is an Extremely Rare World War II circa 1943 United States Army 1353rd Service Unit' (Richmond VA) Railway Depot Repair Shop Patch & Sterling Silver Sergeant & Patrolman Badge.

World War II, circa 1943.

Approximately: Sergeant & Patrolman Badge (Image 2 & 8): 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width. (Image 14 & 17) 2-9/16" in height x 1-3/4" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
(Image 2 & 8): Sterling Silver and painted lettering. (Image 14 & 17): Sterling Silver and hard fired black enamel. / Patch: orange silk thread embroidered on Black Twill and cotton backing

Sergeant & Patrolman Badge (Image 2 & 8): Single Screw post and Disk Backing. / Image 14 & 17: Vertical kick pin with forked locking catch. Black & Orange Color Patch: To be Sew on.
