ARTIFACT:
Late WWII United States Air Transport Command. Unofficial "India China Division" shirt size Pilot or First Officer wing made in the form of a tie bar. Theater-made, most likely in India. Originally worn by George C. Toop. The wing reads "ICD" on the center plate topped with a star.
