Description
WWII United States Army Enlisted Man photo album from Alaska. The album contains a photograph from the 91st Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees) band and field shots showing M-1 carbines, M1A helmets, and M-41 field jackets. The album features a painted leather cover bound with rawhide and approximately 25 pages with photographs on nearly every page. The beautiful cover depicts a sled dog scene showing igloos and mountains on the horizon and reads: "PHOTOGRAPHS" in the top corner and shows the handwritten name: "HARRY FREEDMAN", along the bottom it reads: "ALASKA".
