This is a circa 1944 United States Army Air Forces Command Pilot wing by Josten. The wing is in sterling silver and has a large wreathed star at the top.

Circa 1944 (World War II).

About 3-2/8" in width by 1-1/4" in height.

Sterling silver.

Double clutch-back.
