WWII Sterling Patriotic Pin with "HLP" Maker Mark

This is a World War II patriotic pin in sterling silver showing a nicely detailed eagle and a blue and white striped crest topped in red.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 2-9/16" in width.

Sterling silver with enameled areas.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
