Description
This is a gorgeous circa World War II Spanish Nationalist Air Force pilot-observer wing in silver. The wing was made in Spain by Rokiski, and is maker-marked on reverse. The wing is made in the Legion Condor style, but was made after the Spanish Civil War. It shows a star, propeller and eagle at the center of a red enameled circle. The wing is topped by a golden crown.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-7/16" in height and 3-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver, gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two loops. backplate with swivel locking arm.
MARKINGS:ROKISKI, two maker marks.
