This is a World War II OSS (Office of Strategic Services) Special Reconnaissance Battalion shoulder arc as worn by operators in both theatres.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2" in height and 5-3/8" in length.

Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.
