This is a World War II guard badge for the United States Army Air Base at Grenier Field in Manchester, NH.
The badge shows an eagle at top with the Great Seal at center and reads GUARD GRENIER FIELD.
Grenier Field is now the Manchester - Boston Regional Airport.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:2-3/8" in height and 1-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass with painted letters and enamel details.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with forked locking catch.
