Description
WWII Era Portland, Oregon Police Veteran's Patrol badge. The large, impressive sized badge has a center that features a five point ball tipped star which reads: "VETERAN'S 1131 PATROL" and is within a circle that reads: "PORTLAND POLICE". The veteran's police patrol served as auxiliary police and civil defense.
VINTAGE:Circa WWII Era.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/4" in height x 2-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel plated nickel and painted details.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety style pin with 'C' catch.
