This is a World War II badge for a women's organization called the Navy Anchorettes from Detroit, Michigan. The badge has a rope-design border and shows a winged anchor at center in blue enamel.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-11/16" in height and 1-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:Four union marks.
