Description
This is a combat medic grouping from World War II that includes a rare medic identification card, as well as a dog tag and four photographs. The grouping is made up of items originally belonging to Richard M. Doe, a Technician 3rd Grade. His identification card was issued on November 1, 194One of the photographs was taken earlier in the war (1942) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:ID card: 2-11/16" x 3-13/16"; tag: 1-1/8" x 2"; largest photo: 3-1/2" x 5-1/8".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid, paper, photographs, metal.
ATTACHMENT:Hole in tag.
