This is a rare World War II National Christian War Council "War Relief Services" badge.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1943.

SIZE:

About 1-3/4" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Celluloid and tin with brass pin.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal safety-style pin.
