This is a World War I War Savings Society pin. The pin is in celluloid and thrifty Ben Franklin looks out from its center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Celluloid, brass.
ATTACHMENT:Straight pin.
MARKINGS:MADE BY AMERICAN ART WORKS COSHOCTON, OHIO.
