WWI US Air Service (USAS) Service Ribbon with Winged Propeller

This is a World War I service ribbon for the United States Air Service. The ribbon is in red, white and blue stripes with one star and a brass winged propeller.

Cardboard wrapped in silk ribbon with gilt brass details.

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
