ARTIFACT: This is a World War I United States Air Service officer collar insignia made in France. The insignia is a winged propeller with nicely rounded blades.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height and 1-11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt and copper-plated brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The insignia you receive will either be this exact one or one in very similar condition. This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDJX03 LBBEX7/12

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The insignia has some small areas of light to medium wear and tarnish.
