WWI US Air Service Officer Collar Insignia Flat Back Double Blades

This is a World War I United States Air Service winged propeller officer collar insignia. The insignia has a flat reverse and blades that are fashioned so as to appear doubled.

Circa World War I.

Approximately 1" in height and 1-11/16" in width.

Copper- and nickel-plated brass.

Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.
