ARTIFACT: This is a World War I United States Air Service officer collar insignia in a cap or shirt size. The insignia is a winged propeller and is in fire bronze and sterling silver. The wing tips are slightly curled back.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately ¾" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fire bronze and sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with Tiffany catch.

MARKINGS: STERLING; (?) FIRE BRONZE.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VFEX98 LAGEX7/12

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The insignia is in nice condition with some light wear and tarnish.
