This is a circa World War I sterling silver son-in-service ring. The front of the ring bears a single enameled blue star within a red rectangle. The ring is in a smaller size and has a maker mark inside the band.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximate size 5-1/2; about 3/8" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Sterling silver, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:STERLING; maker mark with a "U" between two arrows.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The ring has only some very light wear and tarnish.
