Description
This is a World War II United States Navy officer medal bar supporting five medals. The first medal is for the American Campaign and shows a sub, ship and plane set against a skyline and the reverse shows an eagle and reads UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1941 194The second is for the Asiatic Pacific Campaign, showing soldiers among palm trees with the reverse again reading UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1941 194The third medal is for World War II service, showing Athena stepping upon her helmet on the front and on the reverse reading UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1941 1945 FREEDOM FROM FEAR AND WANT FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND RELIGION. The fourth medal is for Occupation service and shows Poseidon with his trident riding a horse through the sea. The reverse of this medal reads UNITED STATES NAVY FOR SERVICE. The last medal is for China service and shows a junk on front and on the reverse also reads UNITED STATES NAVY FOR SERVICE.

SIZE:Approximately 3-3/8" height and 4-3/8" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Bronze.
