This is a World War I munition worker lapel pin from T. A. Gillespie Company. The pin is bordered in white enamel and shows three stripes of red, white and blue at center.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 5/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Sleeve; screw post on disc backing;d one stabilization post.
MARKINGS:WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK NJ.
