ARTIFACT: This is a World War I munition worker lapel pin from T. A. Gillespie Company. The pin is bordered in white enamel and shows three stripes of red, white and blue at center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Sleeve; screw post on disc backing;d one stabilization post.

MARKINGS: WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK NJ.

ITEM NOTES: The pin you receive will either be the one pictured or one in similar condition. This is from a WWI war worker collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. nwpht REX95 LBDX11/10 SLCEX9/13

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The pin has some small areas of light fading and wear on enamel.
