ARTIFACT:

This is a circa World War II "Victory" pin made in the Philippines from coconut shells. The design is two shields, one from the United States and one from the Philippines.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Painted coconut shell.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal wire safety-style pin.
