Wonderful WWII Italian-Made US Army 10th Mountain Division Cap Pin

This is a wonderful World War II United Stated Army 10th Mountain Division cap pin in silver-plated and painted brass. The pin was made in Italy during the division's Italian Campaign. The 10th was activated in 1943 as the 10th Light Division (Alpine) and was redesignated as the 10th Mountain Division one year later. The pin shows two crossed red swords against a blue background.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 11/16" in height and 9/16" in width.

Silver-plated and painted brass.

Vertical safety-style pin.
