ARTIFACT: Wonderful WWI United States Navy and United States Marine Corps 10K gold lapel pin by Bessinger & Dietz in Newark, New Jersey. The pin reads: "1917 U. S. 1918" with side-by-side symbols for the Navy and Marine Corps. This is the only pin like this I've ever seen.

VINTAGE: Circa WWI

SIZE: Approximately 10/16" x 5/16"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10K Gold

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop in swivel locking catch.

MARKINGS: "BESSINGER & DIETZ NEWARK, NJ 10K"
