This is a Wonderful Old 1930's Mission Township San Bernardino County California Gold Front Constable Badge.
Marking: Rolled Plate is also referred to as rolled gold, and it is very similar to gold filled., So the front has layer of gold on it and then the back just is gold-plated.
VINTAGE:
1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 3-1/8" in height x 2-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold Front & Gold-plated brass with black painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick type pin with forked locking catch.
