Wonderful English-made WWII 325th Bomb Squadron, 92nd Bomb Group, 8th Air Force Jacket Patch. Nicknamed the "Alley Oops", each squadron of the group had the famous cartoon character riding a different prehistoric creature, this one being a sabre tooth tiger.
Approximately 5 1/8" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Embroidered wool felt, silk/cotton/ thread, treated cloth backing.
To be sewn on.
