This is a wonderful circa 1910s or 1920s New Hampshire Commission of Fisheries & Game Warden Service badge. There were only ten of these wardens in the state at the time this badge was issued (circa 1900). The badge is by C.D. Reese of New York, and shows the State of the seal of New Hampshire at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1910s-1920s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/16" in height and 1-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with tongue-style C catch.
MARKINGS:C.D. REESE 57 WARREN ST. NEW YORK.
