ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1970s or 1980s United States Golf Association Rules Committee member badge that originally belonged to Robert Van Nest, who was also a president of the Chicago District Golf Association in the early 1980s.

VINTAGE: Circa 1970s-1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-9/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: ROBERT VAN NEST on front.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has some light tarnish and wear only.
