This is a circa 1970s or 1980s United States Golf Association Rules Committee member badge that originally belonged to Robert Van Nest, who was also a president of the Chicago District Golf Association in the early 1980s.
VINTAGE:Circa 1970s-1980s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-9/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:ROBERT VAN NEST on front.
