This is a circa 1912 one dollar token from the Ingle System for George Parslow of Schenectady, New York. Ingle likely patented the token and perhaps the "trade system" by which they were used at markets and other businesses, like George Parslow's outfit, in lieu of a credit account.
VINTAGE:Circa 1912.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/8" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass.

MARKINGS:PAT. JUN. 1909 on front; P within circle mark on reverse.
