This is a circa Vietnam War dress ascot for the United States Air Cavalry. The ascot is in a bright yellow and although it was for dress purposes, could be used for a variety of purposes in an emergency situation.
VINTAGE:Circa Vietnam War.
SIZE:Approximately 18-1/4" in length and 8" in width; adjustable neck about 14-1/2" to 17".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nylon.
ATTACHMENT:Snaps.
MARKINGS:SCOVILL GRIPPER on snaps.
