ARTIFACT: Very rare WWII Civilian Air Transport Command Supervisor pilot wing in excellent condition. The wing features a shield that reads: "ATC" in raised lettering centered between intricately feather detailed wings and the shield is topped with a five pointed star encircled by a wreath of oak leaves.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/2" x 1-1/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Copper plated brass

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII Civilian Air Transport Command collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MDEJV16 LABJJX6/16

CONDITION: 9- (Excellent+): The wing shows minor to moderate wear, some verdigris, overall handsome patina.
