This is a Ventura County Fire Department Senior Equipment Repair Badge Circa 1950s-1960s by LAS&SCO Los Angeles Stamp & Stationery Co. 

Circa 1950s - 1960s.

Approximately: 2-9/16" in height x 2" in width.

Chrome -plated brass with hard fired blue enamel.

Vertical kick pin with forked locking catch.
