ARTIFACT: This is a March 1944 copy of US Army "Intelligence Bulletin" Volume 2, Number 7 (MID 461). The bulletin was a monthly way of updating junior officers and enlisted men of any new discoveries by Military Intelligence Division sources. Topics in this issue include "Defense of Betio Island" (includes map), "How Japanese Defended Hilly Jungle Country" and "Some Noted on German Mountain Warfare". This copy has some black and white photographs and illustrations.

VINTAGE: March 1944.

SIZE: 74 pages; approximately 7-3/4" in height and 5-5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Oaktag cover, glossy paper.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.

MARKINGS: U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE 1944.
