ARTIFACT: This is a United States Air Service officer collar insignia by Shreve & Company. The design of the insignia is a winged propeller.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: 1" height and 1-1/2" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze and lacquered brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with swivel catch (catch is missing swivel piece).

MARKINGS: SHREVE & CO.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Insignia has some small spots of wear on propeller and swivel piece is missing from catch.
