Unusual WWI US Army Medical Officer Watch Fob or Baggage Tag

Unusual WWI United States Army Medical Officer watch fob for baggage tag. The watch fob features a blackened bronze caduceus insignia atop the center of leather decorated to resemble a US Shield. The top of the fob features a knob and leather tab for attachment.

Multi-piece leather, blackened bronze, silvered bronze

Leather loop, bronze knob - Insignia: Vertical pin with 'C' type catch.
