United States Airborne Troop Carrier Command Patch Made in England

This is a patch made in England for the United States Airborne Troop Carrier Command. Patch is badge-shaped in royal blue and pictures an airplane and a parachuting star flanked by two golden wings. Patch reads "AIRBORNE TROOP CARRIER" across top.

Circa WWII.

3-1/2" height and 2-7/8" width.

Felt patch with hand-embroidered silk and cotton thread.
