This is a unique jacket patch for the United States 614th Bomb Squadron, 401st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force, a unit that served at the Battle of the Bulge. The patch shows a devil's head inside a winged, upside-down horseshoe with a missile sailing by and reads 614th SQD.

Circa World War II.
