Super-Rare WWII Massachusetts CAP Coastal Patrol 18 (Cape Cod Area) Flight Jacket Patch

This is a super-rare World War II chain-stitch flight jacket patch for the Massachusetts Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Coastal Patrol 18 in the Cape Cod area of Massachusetts. The patch shows a figure riding a missile directed at a Nazi submarine off the Cape and reads COASTAL PATROL 18.

5-1/8" diameter.

Felt patch embroidered in multi-colored cotton/silk threads with thin cotton backing.
