Description

ARTIFACT: This is a stunning World War II United States Army Air Forces pilot wing 1st type by Luxenberg of New York. The wing is in sterling silver, and has retained about 95% of its original lacquer.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8” in height by 3-1/16” in width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: Luxenberg STERLING NEW YORK .
