ARTIFACT: This is a sterling Model 1944 United States Marine Corps officer "greens" (undress) collar insignia made by H&H. The insignia is an eagle, globe and anchor for wear upon the left collar. The insignia has a screwback in a wartime material.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver, white metal backing nut.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing and one stabilizer post.

MARKINGS: STERLING and H&H eagle maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Marine Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX13 LHEX7/13 hldSGGX10/20

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The EGA shows only light wear.
