Description
This is a small-size Class of 1926 pin for the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis. The pin is in 14 karat gold and was made by Bailey, Banks & Biddle (B.B. & B.). It reads 1926 USNA and shows an eagle with spread wings and a trident atop an anchor and below is the image of a submarine heading towards the viewer with the letters: "US" and "NA" on the stabilizers.
VINTAGE:Circa 1926.
SIZE:Approximately 11/16" in height and 3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:14 karat gold.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:BB&B 14K.
