This is a single World War II United States Army technician 4th grade rank stripes. The stripes are embroidered upon twill and show three chevrons above a T.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 4-3/8" in height and 2-7/8" in width.

Twill embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
