This is a scarce single low convex World War II Civilian Air Transport Command (ATC) captain's rank insignia. This insignia is in unmarked sterling silver.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-3/16" in height x 3/4" in width.

Sterling silver, enamel.

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.
